01 · The Reality

You don't need another "how to coat" class. You need a way to stop losing money.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're the installer we built this for. These aren't hypothetical problems, they're the exact failure patterns we see in coatings contractors every single week.

01
You're the cheapest guy on the bid.
And you know it. You're leaving 15–40% on the table because you don't have a risk-pricing framework, so you guess low to win, then bleed margin on the job.
02
One wrong product choice becomes a callback.
Moisture. Self-levelers. Polyaspartic over the wrong primer. You're choosing systems based on what the sales rep pitched, not what the conditions actually require.
03
Commercial bids scare you because of the paperwork.
COI, AI endorsements, waiver of subrogation, submittals, closeout docs, pay apps, lien waivers. Nobody taught you this, so you stick to residential and watch other guys win $80K jobs.
04
You're a commodity bidder, not a trusted specialist.
GCs and architects call three guys. You're one of three. Price wins. Until you shift to being the pro they call first, and specify by name, you'll always compete on price.
05
Facebook groups are your support system.
You post pictures of a failure and hope someone with real experience sees it before it costs you a customer. That's not a system, that's gambling with your reputation.
06
The jobs are coming in, but the business isn't growing.
You're the estimator, the installer, the PM, the accountant. You know you need systems, but every "business course" is written for SaaS founders, not coatings contractors.
This class wasn't built to teach you epoxy. It was built to turn your epoxy skills into a business that doesn't break when you take a week off.
02 · Is This For You?

Who this class is built for, and who it isn't.

"I've been doing epoxy for years. I'm booked. But I'm tired of being the low bid, tired of guessing on weird slabs, and I want to break into commercial and public work. I just don't know how to price the risk or handle the paperwork."

If that sounds like you, keep reading. If you've never touched epoxy before, take our $799 Masterclass first. That's the right starting point.

  • You're doing $100K–$500K+ a year in epoxy work and hit a ceiling.
  • You've eaten at least one callback this year that cost you $3K+.
  • You want to win commercial, public, and spec-driven work, not just residential referrals.
  • You're ready to stop being a commodity bidder and become the installer architects specify by name.
  • You understand that the difference between $200K and $500K/yr isn't skill, it's systems.

✦ Run Your Own Math

Here's the math we want you to run on yourself before you decide.

Avg commercial bid
~$40K
A 15% margin lift means...
+$6,000
One callback avoided saves...
$3K–$10K
Your investment in the class
$1,999

The question isn't whether this class is worth $1,999. The question is: what does one better-priced bid, one avoided callback, or one new commercial relationship add to your bottom line over the next 12 months? We can't promise what your numbers will look like, but we can promise you'll leave with the frameworks to make those numbers go in the right direction. Combined with the job-recovery guarantee below, the downside is covered.

"I wish I had a second week to learn more."
Came for the master class. It has been such an amazing class and great experience! I wish I had a second week to learn more in this trip. We will be back for more specific training. Levi and Michael are very helpful, informative and encouraging. I would suggest if you have any interest whatsoever in epoxy you take this class and use their products.

Levi Comstock
06 · The Instructor

Taught epoxy in 33 countries. Built a multi-million-dollar coatings business. Still on the truck.

Levi Comstock isn't a course guru. He's a working contractor who has coated everything from commercial warehouses in Colorado to specialty installs overseas, and trained professional installers across four continents. The systems in this class aren't theoretical. They're the exact playbook he uses to run his own business.

Which is why every student gets 1:1 time with him. No junior coaches. No "facilitators." When you come to this class, you're learning from the guy whose name is on the door.

07 · FAQ

Questions we hear every cohort.

Is this just a pitch for Diamond Coat products?+
No. You'll leave with systems that work with any manufacturer's product line. The chemistry and bidding frameworks are universal. We do manufacture Diamond Coat and we'll show you why our products work well for specific use cases, but this class teaches you how to evaluate any system under any conditions. Students come from all over the country using all kinds of product lines.
I can't afford to lose 3 days off the truck. Is it worth it?+
That's the exact math we want you to run. If being on the truck 3 more days makes you more money than applying a system that could add 15–30% margin to every job you bid for the next 10 years, stay on the truck. For most of our students, the answer goes the other way fast. One bid won with the risk-pricing framework covers the tuition and the lost revenue, combined.
What exactly do I walk out with on day 3?+
A full operating system: the bid template pack, the public bid paperwork pack, the risk-pricing calculator, access to the Diamond Circle private community, 90 days of direct text and voice message access to Levi, 20% product discount for 12 months, and a certificate you can show GCs and architects. Plus, and this is the biggest one, the mental model for how to evaluate jobs so you never guess again.
Will I be the most experienced or least experienced person there?+
Cohorts are capped at 10, and we curate intentionally. Most students are doing $100K–$500K/yr in revenue. Some are solo operators, some have 3–5 guys. If you're a pure beginner who's never touched epoxy, this is the wrong class. Take our $799 Masterclass first. If you're already running a multi-million-dollar commercial op, we'll screen on the intake call to make sure we can deliver value.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. We offer Sezzle and can also structure a custom 2-pay or 3-pay plan directly. Call 970-639-9338 to arrange. We've never turned away a committed contractor because of cash flow.
Is this hands-on or classroom?+
Both. Classroom strategy in the morning, real job-site walkthroughs in the afternoon. Focus is on failure analysis, prevention, and profit math, not just pouring epoxy. If you want hands-on pouring practice, the $799 Masterclass is purpose-built for that and complements this program perfectly.
