Master microcement from substrate to seal.
Hands-on microcement training on a working country property in Colorado. You'll prime, trowel, burnish, and seal alongside applicators who do this work every day, building your own sample boards to take home as a finished reference for your work and your clients. Two tracks built as a ladder: two days of foundational technique, then two days of advanced finishes for installers ready to take on premium work.

hands-on training
tracks
Most microcement training is watch-and-hope. This is hands in the material.
There's a reason installers fly in from across the country (and 33 countries). When you can prep a real substrate, control a real trowel pass, and burnish a real wall alongside someone who's done it 1,000+ times, you leave with skills nobody picked up watching tutorials.
Sample boards you take home
You'll build your own finished sample boards in real conditions and on real timelines, then take them with you as a reference for your technique and a selling tool for your clients.
The full microcement system
Walls, floors, countertops, showers, and stairs. Not techniques in isolation, but the complete workflow from substrate evaluation through final sealer.
Business training included
Pricing, estimating, proposals, sample boards for clients, warranty language, and scheduling. The operations work that makes installs profitable, not just beautiful.
Taught by working applicators
Not influencers. Not "facilitators." The people teaching you are the ones who run the jobs. You learn what actually holds up in the field.
Ongoing tech support
After your workshop you get direct access to our team for product selection, troubleshooting, and job-specific questions. Not a forum, real installers.
Lifetime product discount
Workshop graduates get a permanent 15% discount on all microcement products. If you do this work professionally, that's real money.
Two tracks, one ladder.
Most students start with the two-day Foundational track to lock in the core trowel skills, then continue into Advanced for decorative finishes and large-format work. Take the first two days on their own, or book the complete four-day program and save.

You'll train on the Diamond Coat Microcement system.
Every technique in this workshop is taught on our own microcement, the same kit you'll use on real jobs. It's a genuinely premium system built on real marble and lime, engineered to be forgiving enough that you leave confident, not overwhelmed. Learn it here, then order it at your graduate discount and go to work.
Made with real marble & lime
Not an acrylic or polymer imitation. Genuine marble aggregate and natural lime give a depth, hardness, and authentic stone finish that synthetic systems can't match. It's the look high-end clients pay for.
An easy kit to use
A complete, pre-matched system (primer, base, finish, and sealer) designed so the steps are simple and repeatable. Generous working time and forgiving trowel behavior mean fewer mistakes and cleaner results, even early in your career.
Seamless on nearly any surface
Walls, floors, counters, showers, and stairs. It bonds over tile, concrete, drywall, wood, and laminate. One system, one workflow, almost any substrate.
Premium coverage & value
Each kit covers roughly 150 to 200 sq ft as a full system. You learn to estimate, order, and apply it profitably, and graduates get a lifetime 15% discount on every kit.

All training materials, hands-on time on real surfaces, lunches every class day, your certificate, lifetime 15% product discount, ongoing tech support, and access to our installer network. Travel and lodging are separate. The complete four-day program also includes the advanced finishes module and decorative pigment kit.
No. The Foundational track assumes zero microcement experience and builds from substrate prep up. Trade or finishing experience helps, but plenty of graduates come in brand new and leave able to quote and complete real jobs.
You can, but the four-day program is priced as a bundle ($1,250 vs. $799 for two days), so booking the complete program up front is the better value if you know you want the advanced finishes. If you start with two days and decide to come back, just call us and we'll credit you toward the advanced days where seats allow.
